Quality

At Shree Tarpaulin Industries, Quality means the world to us. We lay emphasis on Quality at all levels of our value chain – the raw material, processes, products and last, but by no means the least, our team of professionals. Our team constantly works towards improving our processes so that every single product that goes out meets the highest quality standards.

• Incoming Quality

  We source all the raw material including plastic, fabric, nylon ropes, packing material, etc.from reputed manufacturers, thereby ensuring quality of the source raw material. Every inward consignment is accompanied with the requisite Quality Certificates and Inspection Reports, as applicable. Our team of Inward Quality Assurance, inspect the material received from the vendor.

• In-Process Quality

  All the machinery at the plant is regularly serviced and calibrated to ensure optimum performance. Quality checks are performed at various stages of the manufacturing process and corrective actions are taken as found necessary to ensure that the final product conforms to the specifications.

• End Product Quality

  The end product is also put through rigorous quality checks before it is packed and stored in an area which is identified for storage. This is done on a sampling basis to ensure the end product quality.

• Packing and Storage

  The end product is packed in polythene bags and stored in different racks based on their size, thickness and color. Each product is labelled for ease of identification and quick retrieval.
